My own private waterfall

This is a little waterfall in the Barton Creek Greenbelt here in Austin.  I love this area.  I have spent many hours hiking and mountain biking the trails throughout the greenbelt, which runs about 7 miles in length.  It is just a few minutes from downtown, but is so secluded it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere.  It’s awesome and ranks as one of my favorite places in Austin.  I took this shot while on a hike back in July.  Usually this place is bone dry in the summer, but we had a fairly wet June and July, resulting in these wonderful falls.  By August it was dry again.  Ah, summer in Texas.

This is a single exposure which I processed with HDR Efex Pro.  I am really digging this new product from Nik Software.  It is top notch.  The only problem is that now I want to go back and re-process everything!
